Intake Interview and client relationship: We start the
planning process by listening to you. What is your business? What
are your objectives for the event? How can we help you achieve them?
Proposal: You will quickly receive a proposal outlining a
programme. Based on our local knowledge, previous experiences, and
well developed contacts, we are able to suggest a variety of
programme options.
Organization: We do all negotiations with hotels,
locations, and suppliers to ensure you get the best quality at the
best price. As the process evolves we address changes in details and
continue to finalize the plan.
The Event: Our goal is to deliver the event in a seamless
fashion. All arrangements are actively managed by us. Should any
undesirable circumstances arise, we are very skilled at handling
them to minimize their impact.
Evaluation: After the event we will ask for your feedback.
Were your objectives met? Was the atmosphere right? We consider our
relationship with you important even when the event is over.
